Lower Buffalo River Cleanup–Monday, October 9, Spring Creek to Hwy. 14 Bridge (Dillard’s Ferry)

Looking for a way to give back to the Buffalo National River? Join others for the last river clean up of the year on Monday, October 9 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Meet at 8:30 at the Hwy. 14 bridge (Dillard’s Ferry) if you need a canoe and/or shuttle.
Be sure to bring grabbers, shovels or other tools to get items out of the river. Bags will be provided for trash (e.g., cans, paper, etc.). Bring a sack lunch, water and any other items you will need for your comfort.
Buffalo National River has arranged with the great folks at Wild Bill’s to donate 10 canoes for those who might need one to help with the cleanup. You will need to fill out the registration form (below) to register for the clean up and indicate whether you need a canoe and/or shuttle service.
The cleanup is limited to 25 participants (canoes). If you’d like to participate, please fill out the form below. Make sure you indicate if you need a canoe/shuttle. Once the form is filled out, click “Send.”
