Buffalo National River Clean Up–Middle River (Grinder’s Ferry to Gilbert), Monday, August 28, 9 a.m.–Volunteer Opportunity

Looking for a way to give back to the Buffalo National River? Join members of BNRP and other supporters for a river clean up on Monday, August 28 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Meet at the Grinder’s Ferry launch and be sure to bring grabbers, shovels or other tools to get items out of the river. Bags will be provided for trash (e.g., cans, paper, etc.). Bring a sack lunch, water and any other items you will need for your comfort.
Buffalo National River has arranged with the great folks at Silver Hill to donate canoes and shuttles for those who might need one to help with the clean up. If you’d like to help but need a canoe, please indicate on your registration.
